Job Title:

Assistant Manager / Manager Client Servicing

Location: Mumbai
Experience:

1 - 6yrs

Qualifications:

Graduate/ Post Graduate (preferable).

Computer Knowledge:

Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel HTML.

Job responsibilities:

Analyze and suggest service improvements. Map potential and high-value clients. Identify, innovate and create new opportunities for growth, based on client interaction, communication and coordination. Involvement in company's client relationship management and client retention programs. Identify new opportunities for growth, based on client interaction.

Person Specification:

Prioritize tasks at hand based on urgency levels. Understand client requirements and take appropriate actions, thereafter coordination with the different teams / departments to meet timely delivery schedules. Structure information in an easy-to-understand manner. Take quick action in adverse circumstances. Identify gaps and take initiative to bridge them
